Role – main duties:
Team leader of a full complement of MEP supervisors and engineers
Close liaison with the Main Contractor. JV.
Processing bid summary’s for sub contract works
Development of project programme and execution of scope of works with JV
KVC.
Managing Supervisors/engineers in the following disciplines, Mech, PDFF,
HVAC
Liaison with sub-contractors for bespoke specialist equipment’s i.e. Medi gas
etc.
Administering contract related issues.
Reviewing all incoming/outgoing correspondence relating to MEP issues
HSE and Risk management.
