Offering onsite technical solutions to the new build depot & two underground stations at Em Hamoshavot & Aharonovitz all MEP Design. Depot consisting of the following buildings. Security, Generator, Water Reservoir including existing & new pumping arrangement (Approved by relevant authority), Admin OCC, TTR East/West, Substation, HMW LMW, ATW, Sanding, Accommodation, MOW & Blast Wall arena.

Partnering our team evaluating each building & underground stations for final completion through high level of punch list tours and action. Being ready to hand over to the operator TEVEL.

All services rendered and taken care of but not limited to MV, LV, ELV, HVAC, Lighting, Power Supply, Water Supply, FF (FSS)& Finishes. E&M for relevant workshops including plant/machinery. Relevant care of duty for NCR close out. Regular site tours for external areas i.e., perimeter fence and adjoining station at Kiryat Arye

Tasked with assisting WSP Environment dept for site handover.

Close liaison with the client NTA.
